2025 REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR COMPANIES & STUDENTS!
The University of Pittsburgh Chemistry Department will be holding a career fair & networking event that will include both graduate and undergraduate level participants.

10AM - 2PM EDT
This event will be held in Chevron Science Center

The full participating company list and presentation schedule will be sent to the registered participants after the registration deadline.
The companies may hold on-site interviews. Those that are interviewing at the event will provide more information or invite participants to interview that day. We will be collecting CV/resumes and research summaries for the company representatives to review.
If you are submitting your CV/resume and research summary, please send it to gradadm@pitt.edu with "Pitt Chemistry Job Fair" in the subject line. You will also be able to reply to the confirmation email that you will receive when you submit this survey.
Your document should be a single PDF using the following name format:
Last Name, First Name - Degree
E.g., Smith, John - MS
The deadline to email your materials is October 2.

Company Registration Details
Last year we held our 2nd annual event, and we had over 160 student participants from the University of Pittsburgh and universities in the surrounding Pittsburgh area, of which approximately 1/3 were bachelor level.
You will have the opportunity to meet with graduate students, undergraduate students, and postdocs to:
- Network with our diverse group of students from the University of Pittsburgh and other surrounding universities and colleges
- Engage with potential job or internship applicants by sharing information and answering questions about your company
- Recruit for internships and current or future job openings
- Sign up to present information about your company in a 45-minute overview and information session
- Review and download CV/resumes and research summaries submitted by the participants
Registration fee is $100 plus 2.50 transaction fee, use payment link listed on Registration Form to pay by credit card.
