The following input codes are freely available for download for research purposes.

1) Input code for a LAMMPS simulation of a colloidal sphere coated with two types of polymers. Nanoparticles that attract to one type of polymer strand cause it to retract against the colloid, leaving the other type of polymer exposed.  In this way, the colloidal sphere will stick preferentially to a surface that is attractive to the exposed polymer strands.

2) LAMMPS input code for simulating a cylindrical pore system with inside grafted polymers.  The pore connects two reservoirs filled with nanoparticles. These nanoparticles have attractive interactions with the polymers. Here 15000 nanoparticles are initially placed in the left reservoir.  The interaction of nanoparticles with the polymer brush causes them to contract and allows nanoparticles to move from one reservoir to the other.
