Gregg Kotchey is the recipient of a 2010 EPA National Center for Environmental Research STAR (Science to Achieve Results) Graduate Fellowship. The STAR program supports scientists and engineers in targeted research that complements EPA’s own programs and those of EPA's partners in other federal agencies. Currently, the focus of the STAR program includes research on the health effects of particulate matter, drinking water, water quality, global change, ecosystem assessment and restoration, human health risk assessment, endocrine disrupting chemicals, pollution prevention and new technologies, children’s health, and socio-economic research.
