The McKeever Research Award has been made possible through the generosity of Dennis McKeever, one of our distinguished alumni. This award carries a summer stipend for an undergraduate student who is doing research under the direction of one of our faculty members. Under the direction of Adrian Michael, Alex will be investigating the mechanism responsible for regulating the release and clearance of dopamine from nerve terminals in basal ganglia. Congratulations to Alex as well as all the undergraduate students who were nominated for this fellowship.
