A 2021 paper by graduate student Stephen Slimak and Prof. Ken Jordan (together with Prof. Mike Falcetta of Grove City College) has been selected for inclusion in a special virtual issue of the Journal of Physical Chemistry A (https://pubs.acs.org/page/jpcafh/vi/venue-advances-methods) on “A Venue for Advances in Experimental and Theoretical Methods in Physical Chemistry”. This paper (originally published in J. Phys. Chem. A 2021, 125, 440-4408) presented a new model for extracting energies and lifetimes of metastable states, in particular temporary anions, of molecules from the stabilization method.
