The American Chemical Society Student Chapter at the University of Pittsburgh has been selected to receive a Green Chemistry Award for its outreach activities conducted during the 2018-19 academic year.
The ACS Green Chemistry Institute® recognized 51chapters for the academic year 2018-19, who successfully engaged in three or more green chemistry activities. In addition to recognition in Chemical & Engineering News and the student member magazine "inChemistry," and in the ACS Green Chemistry Institute's e-newsletter, "The Nexus.", The Green Chemistry award winning chapters will be honored at the ACS National Meeting in Philadelphia on March 22, 2020.
