Prof. Asher has been invited to participate in a series called “Pillars of Applied Spectroscopy”. Professor R. Kenneth Marcus (University Prof of Chemistry, Clemson) is the Program Chair and he has invited longtime leaders in the field to present the evolution of their particular field of spectroscopy, the state of the art, and prognostications to the future and to inject their own opinions, biases, and highlights. The program will take place between March and May of 2018.
