This research introduces a rapid, real-time platform for monitoring vaccine-induced antibody levels using carbon nanotube–based field-effect transistors (CNT-FETs). By functionalizing semiconducting CNT channels with influenza hemagglutinin and SARS-CoV-2 antigens, the device selectively captures the corresponding antibodies and converts these binding events into electrical signals. This approach enables highly sensitive, label-free detection of antibody concentrations and provides dynamic tracking of immune responses over time. Overall, this work highlights the promise of nanoscale electronic biosensors as a low-cost, portable alternative to conventional assays, offering precise and timely assessment of antibody levels associated with infections or induced by vaccination.
