THE DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH seeks to fill the position of a tenure track Assistant Professor of Chemistry effective September 2022, pending budgetary approval. Candidates in the general areas of quantum materials, quantum sensing and quantum computing will be considered. Minimum requirements are a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field, a record of research excellence as evidenced by papers in premier academic journals and a promising research plan, and a potential for teaching excellence. Postdoctoral experience is preferred.
