A Post-doctoral Position is available in the laboratory of Prof. Mark Dadmun at the University of Tennessee
The position will focus on developing an understanding of reactive interfacial compatibilization as applied to polymeric 3D printing and polymer recycling/upcycling. For this position, experience in 3D printing is desired; experience in scattering and microscopy to examine the phase behavior and structure of blends is a plus.
A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a polymer related field is required for this position. The initial appointment will be for one year, with the potential to continue for a longer duration based on the progress of the project and availability of funding. The project is available to begin immediately. Strong writing and oral communication skills are required.
