Ken Jordan is part of a research team which has received a highly competitive  2011 INCITE award of 17 million hours of computer time from the Department of Energy.   The computational resources will be used to support the project  “Quantum Monte Carlo Brings New Realism to Surface-Science Modeling”.  The other team members are Wissam Al-Saidi, University of Pittsburgh, and Mike Gillan, Angelos Michaelides, and Dario Alfè (PI), all of the University College London.
