Prof. Asher is the recipient of the 39th Annual Pittsburgh Analytical Chemistry Award. The Society for Analytical Chemists of Pittsburgh established this award in recognition of an individual’s significant contributions to the field of analytical chemistry. The award is considered the second highest Analytical Chemistry award, with the highest being the ACS Award. The award will be presented at Pittcon 2016 in Atlanta and Prof. Asher will be included as a speaker in the Pittsburgh Analytical Chemistry Award Symposium in his honor. Congratulations Sandy!
